Super Duty Precision Combination Brake Station



This automotive equipment is primerily used for the remachining of outworn brake drums and discs to achieve flawless fresh surface . Easy to use, durable and accurate yet affordable. Its capacity makes it useful for both large and medium engine overhauling workshops. The economical BS-9370 is ideal for the small brake service shop for its space saving features.

The basic components of the machine are of engineering Cast iron and other alloys of high resistance to wear and vibration. The hard chrome plated and ground sliding Spindles are incorporated for a smooth sliding mechanism.

Main arbor supported by precision bushes is powered by the sealed oil-bath gear box. Multiple speeds of arbor along with electronic controlled variable feed speeds for both drum and discs are available. The quality of surface finish while re-machining is achieved with Titanium coated carbide cutting inserts supplied with the machine.

BS-9370 is a precision machine tool, manufactured of the best material obtainable and to the highest degree of accuracy. Every part of the machine has been checked during its manufacture.
