has been developed for processing all sorts of engine blocks for main bearing and cam shaft bearings. It is recommended for all engine-reconditioning workshops with its sturdy and vibration resistant construction. A self-lubricated Work head, supported by a Chrome-finished pillar, is mounted on a rigid steel base on which the tension elimination process is applied. The two support columns are based on lapped guide-ways and are equippedfor quick 2-axis adjustments of the boring bar without any tool.
The drive shaft, Hard-Chromed and lapped, while traveling thru dipped bushings, transmits a multi-input power to the boring bar via universal cross joint. Boring 30quick-setting Tool-holders, Tool-setting micrometer and Bore-gauge. The manual working feed has a quick or micrometric control and automatic working feed has varible speed. An ergonomic electric control provides the convenience near the work area and is designed as per the lstest safety standards.
