NEWAY surface grinding machines SR-313/SR-616 are most profitably used for regrinding/milling small and large cylinder heads and blocks. Simple and flexible but, above all, featured with high production capacity, they meet the requirement of both small and large shops. SR-313 features only the grinding facility including the high speed segmental wheel and four different fast traverse speeds. SR-616 includes both the grinding and milling operations and conversion from grinding to milling is a matter of few minutes. The milling attachment is mounted on the segmental holder plate without removing it while saving the precious time. In this mode of operation, different traverse feeds are available to achieve fine surface finish on Aluminum parts. |
